2020 has been a year of many personal, professional, and societal challenges, but nevertheless, we are collectively powering through! COVID-19 has changed a lot for many, and our daily lives have been impacted and the things we know.
Unfortunately for The Lori Fund, we have had to postpone or cancel some of our fundraising efforts due to social distancing requirements and major league sports being cancelled. But, THAT’S OKAY! One of Lori’s best attributes was her ability to turn a negative into a positive and in that same spirit, we are excited to announce a new 2020 fundraising effort!
Our son, Bert Pedrigi, has decided to take on the ultimate fitness challenge and compete in the October 2020 Waco, TX IRONMAN and will be fundraising for The Lori Fund! This exciting accomplishment for Bert will allow us, in these unique times, to continue to support The Lori Fund and families of fallen soldiers through the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
We know this year has been tough for many, but your continued support is greatly appreciated and if you are able, please donate to Bert’s IRONMAN Fundraising efforts.
